28 Nov 04: Extensively revised the Contracts section of the site. Added a page on contracts for agile projects, and some comments on the cancel-after-any-phase approach. Edited the existing pages to make them fit better with the new ones.

5 Dec 2003: Added a simple utility which I wrote a few months ago. Written in C#, its a "JPEG Saver" - an easy way to save JPEG images, optimising their file size for web or email use.
